Austin Electronics LiteSaver realizes that a return or repair is occassionaly necessary and our simple policy offers the greatest in customer satisfaction.

All warranties are held by the respective manufacturer.

Call us @ 1-800-877-7513, Monday thru Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST. We'll give you an RGA# (Returned Goods Authorization #) and instructions.

The manufacturer will handle the replacement or repair of items that are defective during the specified warranty period. We will give you the address and return information. There will be no cost if the defective product is returned to the manufacturer, shipping prepaid, and the manufacturer will pay return shipping.

You can return or exchange new, unused merchandise within 30 days of Invoice date. You may request a refund of the purchase price less shipping and restocking fee, or exchange for a different item and we will adjust the price accordingly.

Returns:
New, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items that have been installed are not returnable.  Returns need to include all original accessories and instructions and must be re-boxed as new in the original box. Special Order items are not returnable.  

Exchanges:
Items returned for refund or exchange must be returned as new and undamaged equipment, with all accessories and instructions and in the original shipping box. Items that show signs of installation, use, or missing parts cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
